Google+ is mainly about real-life sharing to the web: +you, your relationships, and your interests.
Google+ features include +Circles, +Sparks, +Hangouts, +Huddle and +Mobile. Let us take a look at every G+ key features.
+Circles. Share what matters, with the people who matters most.
It's basically a way of grouping your friends into a circle with whom you would like to share only the right stuff, rather than sharing content to the public.
From close family to foodies, we found that people already use real-life circles to express themselves, and to share with precisely the right folks.
+Sparks. Strike up a conversation, about pretty much anything.
Sparks feature will enable you to add different content that you are interested in, from food, travel, fashion, science and technology, there's always something to watch, read, or share them with friends.
The web, of course, is filled with great content—from timely articles to vibrant photos to funny videos. And great content can lead to great conversations.
+Hangouts. Stop by and say hello, face-to-face-to-face.
Join your circle's online hangout, in essence, it's an online video conferencing tool that will let you drop by a certain conference, just to say hi and or hello to the circle, face-to-face.
Just think: when you walk into the pub or step onto your front porch, you're in fact signaling to everyone around, “Hey, I've got some time, so feel free to stop by." Further, it’s this unspoken understanding that puts people at ease, and encourages conversation.
+Mobile. Share what's around, right now, without any hassle.
Through G+ Mobile, you can upload and share photos right from your smartphone through the +Instant Upload tool, share a status or post with +Location, and even chat with your friends on a specific circle via the +Huddle feature. Think it's going to be a better, smarter and richer mobile computing experience.
These days a phone is the perfect sharing accessory: it's always with you, it's always online, and it's how we stay close with our closest friends. We didn’t want “just” a mobile experience, however, so with Google+ we focused on things (like GPS, cameras, and messaging) to make your pocket computer even more personal.
Google+ app is now available in the Android Market and soon for iPhone.
Google+ is on a limited field trial by invitation and will be roll out for public in the coming months. Luckily, just got a couple of invites from friends on Twitter, but in the mean time, need to explore Google+ and will share thoughts about the project.

Why do I want a Google+ invite? I'd like to see how Google is going to use their unique social ideas to compete with FB & Twitter from an early "trial" stage. With their design resources, marketing skills, and unique perspective on the web, they could make Google+ the social media of choice pretty quickly.

Having the ability to share ideas with a select group of friends/people will work wonders for me vs. sharing all of my random thoughts on FB or Twitter when only a few of my friends/tweeps want to read them.
